As of January 1, 2008, Colgate's newly formed Ethics and Compliance Organization, which is headed by a corporate officer, Greg Woodson, assumed all compliance-related responsibilities previously handled by Colgate's Business Practices function. The responsibilities transferred include overseeing compliance with the Code of Conduct and Business Practices Guidelines as well as monitoring Colgate's Global Hotline, a telephone, facsimile and e-mail hotline, through which Colgate people and others may report suspected violations of the Code of Conduct.
The Company is in the process of further reviewing this website and all other printed materials to reflect this change.
