Colgate's Global Business Practices Department, which is headed by a corporate
officer, Ronald T. Martin, oversees compliance with all aspects
of the Code of Conduct and Business Practices Guidelines and related monitoring and enforcement efforts.
The Global Business Practices function also supports a global training
effort and maintains the Global Hotline, a telephone, facsimile
and e-mail hotline, through which Colgate people and others may
report suspected violations of the Code of Conduct.
