Colgate’s senior management actively supports
the work of our Global Business Practices function, which oversees
compliance with Colgate’s Code of Conduct and Business Practices
Guidelines. In 2001, Colgate created the Global Business Practices
Advisory Council to guide strategic efforts to reinforce Colgate’s
strong culture of operating in an ethical business environment.
The work of the Advisory Council includes:
Overseeing the development of training programs designed to
communicate and promote Colgate’s policies regarding ethical
business practices
Developing processes to identify and eliminate business practices
that may adversely impact Colgate’s reputation
